Ambassador Program Terms and Conditions

Thank you for considering the AWSM KIDS APPAREL Ambassador Program. Our ambassadors are very important to us. This agreement is designed with you in mind, while protecting you, AWSM KIDS APPAREL and our customers. Please read carefully. If you have any questions, please contact us at with the subject line: AMBASSADOR PROGRAM.


Ambassador Agreement

This agreement describes the general conditions of participation in the AWSM KIDS APPAREL ambassador program. In this agreement, the term “ambassador” refers to you (the candidate). In this agreement, "AWSM KIDS APPAREL" refers to AWSM KIDS APPAREL, with whom you enter into this agreement. By applying to the AWSM KIDS APPAREL Ambassador Program, you confirm that you have read the contract and agree to the terms and conditions.

Ambassador Programs

There is only one type of ambassador program with AWSM KIDS APPAREL: recurring.

Ambassador's obligations

An ambassador obtains a 35% discount at all times on his personal purchases of AWSM KIDS APPAREL products, and is required to promote at least 4 times per item purchased on his social networks in the 2 months following the purchase. An Ambassador is not allowed to take advantage of the Ambassador Program discount without promoting the items to their community. If applicable, the contract will be terminated by AWSM KIDS APPAREL and no commission will be paid to the Ambassador.


For a sale to earn an Ambassador commission, the customer must complete the order form and make full payment for the product. Commissions will only be paid on sales made when the customer clicks on qualified and properly structured Ambassador links. Correctly coded links are the sole responsibility of the Ambassador. The commissions can be viewed on the Ambassador Dashboard.

The Ambassador is on a recurring payment schedule, he will continue to earn commissions for each transaction paid by the customer as long as the customer remains a paying customer. For Ambassadors participating in the recurring program, commissions will also accrue for plan upgrades and adding users.


An Ambassador can request payment when their balance reaches a minimum balance of $ 25 CAD. Payments can be requested every 30 days. Payment may take up to 15 days to process from the date of the request. Payments will be made through PayPal.


In the event that a customer requests a refund for a transaction for which the Ambassador has earned commissions, any commissions earned on the refund amount will be deducted from the Ambassador's balance.

Use and obligations

Ambassadors are authorized to use the AWSM KIDS APPAREL brand and the marketing resources available in the Ambassadors section of the AWSM KIDS APPAREL application. Logos and other elements cannot be changed. Ambassador does not acquire any trademark, copyright or other rights in these materials.

The Ambassador will never imply that he is acting on behalf of AWSM KIDS APPAREL and will never advertise AWSM KIDS APPAREL products directly. The Ambassador will never submit bids for advertisements competing with AWSM KIDS APPAREL.

The Ambassador will never represent himself, AWSM KIDS APPAREL or his relationship with AWSM KIDS APPAREL in a false or misleading manner.

The Ambassador will not engage in the distribution of an unsolicited mass email (spam) mentioning or referring to AWSM KIDS APPAREL.


Duration and termination

Either party has the right to terminate the contract immediately without notice.

If the Ambassador terminates the contract, no further commission from AWSM KIDS APPAREL will be paid for past or future customer transactions.

If AWSM KIDS APPAREL chooses to terminate the contract, any higher balance will be paid to the Ambassador within 60 days of termination.

If the Ambassador participates in a recurring program, AWSM KIDS APPAREL will not be liable for future payments after termination.

Applicable law

This Agreement will be governed, interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law rules.


All claims and disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be settled by binding arbitration in Canada. An arbitration award can be confirmed by a competent court.


We may change the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. These changes may include, but are not limited to, changes to the scope of available commissions, commission schedules, payment procedures, and Ambassador program rules.
